“Our experience at the Greystone Inn in Bridgeport, Texas. could not have been much worse. We checked in on the evening of March 21, 2026 and were asleep when my wife was awakened about 5:30 am on March 22, 2026 . We turned on a light and she had bed bugs on her as well as numerous bed bug bites. We stayed in the room until check out time when I went to the office to discuss the matter. Before going to the office, two employees acknowledged that the vermin were bed bugs. At the office, I was told……

“AC unit was way too loud. When we got to the room it almost smelled moldy from not circulating the air”

“Tired but once was a nice property. Dirty spatters on walls, tables, floor, and elevator. Comfy and clean bed, good pillows. Tv stations/cable was very pixelated and unusable, and carpet in room had rips and a center-of-floor patch. Manager very pleasant but it seems the hotel may be understaffed. Breakfast tasty and good, and the food area was clean. ”

“Cons : the outside seating cushions are in bad need of replacing. Traffic noise was very bad. Pros: Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. ”

“As far as quality, service, cleanliness, and pause the experience goes I gave it 100 across the board. Staff was great, breakfast was above and beyond, and there are only two things I would have changed about our three night stay here. I have back problems and most hotel beds are extremely uncomfortable, that definitely applied to this hotel which made me feel like my back was breaking in the middle of the night (My teenagers of course have zero issues here and found it very comfortable) And……
