Located within the main Palazzo, this cosy retreat offers a private balcony with a tranquil view of Lake Lugano to provide you with absolute calm and serenity. Inside, the air-conditioned studio has free WiFi and a restful open-plan layout for 2 guests. The bright living room features a sofa double bed, a flat-screen TV and a modern fitted kitchen diner. The layout of the apartment is completed by a full bathroom with a bath, WC and bidet. The apartment is easily reached by lift and also has free parking. Lake Lugano as well as Lake Como are less than half an hour’s drive from their location. The Palazzo offers a Wi-Fi-enabled reception area with tourist information, a modern café bar, the restaurant Osteria del Porto and more. During the months of July and August, there is also an in-house kids’ entertainment program. The family-friendly resort features plenty of amenities to enjoy on-site such as a shared pet-friendly park with foot and bike paths, a communal beach with a bar near the lake area, watersport hire and two children\\'s play areas. From the resort’s central location along ‘Via Prati’, guests will easily be able to reach the town amenities, the bus and ferry links and the main lake road of Porlezza and its historic town centre (2-5 minutes walk away).
