Situated within the main Palazzo, this inviting 1st floor balcony retreat enjoys a carefree base for family stays.   
  
Inside, the air-conditioned, lake view interior has been recently refurbished throughout. An open plan lake view living room with free WiFi, double sofa bed and flat screen TV features alongside -fitted kitchen diner for 6, with access to a private balcony terrace. A spacious lake view master double bedroom with balcony access is complemented by a 2nd child-friendly room with bunk beds and a modern fitted family bathroom.  
  
Outside, the spacious lake view balcony terrace features an alfresco dining set and some lounge chairs, perfect for enjoying some scenic relaxation and laid-back entertaining. The updated 1st floor apartment is easily reached by lift and features within the main Palazzo of Porto Letizia.

Located in Porlezza on Lake Lugano, the balcony apartment is situated within the main Palazzo of Porto Letizia. The family-friendly resort enjoys a lakeside public park with meandering footpaths and a communal beach with SUP and watersport hire, 2 children’s play areas and a main Palazzo building with on-site reception, a stylish café bar, contemporary Panama Italian restaurant and more. During the months of July and August there is also a kids’ entertainment program.   
  
From the resort’s central location along ‘Via Prati’, guests will easily be able to reach the town amenities, the bus and ferry links and the main lake road of Porlezza (2-5 minutes’ walk away). Perfect for a fun and varied holiday on the Italian-Swiss Lakes, the resort is within easy driving distance from the year-round lake capital of Lugano and the picturesque small city of Menaggio on Lake Como (22-28 minutes’ drive away).
