“We stayed for one night. We got a room with two queen beds. One bed/mattress was broken with a curve seen in the middle. Carpet in the room needs to be washed or cleaned as whole room smelled so bad. Overall, the service was poor compared to the price that was paid. No tea, only two sachets shampoo, whole tissue box was empty and only one tissue in the box that was pushed in. Unacceptable! Pls fix these issues and treat your guests respectfully.”
