"We recently stayed at this resort and had a very unusual and uncomfortable experience. While the property itself was well-maintained and visually appealing, we were the only guests during our stay, and there were no staff members present on-site. Although there was a self check-in process, the complete absence of staff made us feel unsafe and uneasy, especially during the night. At the very least, having one or two staff members available on the property would have provided reassurance and basic support if needed. Due to this situation, we were unable to sleep properly and could not fully relax or enjoy our stay. Hospitality is not just about the physical space, but also about guest comfort and a sense of security, which was lacking in this case. We hope the management considers maintaining a minimal staff presence, even during low occupancy periods, to ensure guests feel safe and supported."

"Room and hotel was good. Front desk staff friendly, but not really helpful when put on the spot. When we arrived the room wasn’t quite ready. We waited and wanted a coffee, but the Coffee maker had not been maintained and when I asked the front desk staff, they had quite an attitude, stating that they didn’t know. Well anyone with two eyes could have seen, especially with all the supplies gone. We had to find out too that our room was ready from the cleaning lady, not the desk staff. The next day some of my food had spoiled, because the fridge was set so cold - set to freezing. Eggs don’t do well being frozen. I let the front desk ladies know and they offered me two boiled eggs - what? It was fixed during the day, but nobody let us know - a card with an apology would have been nice. Maybe I expect too much, but hey the room was expensive!"
