"Staff was Friendly, I wish I could remember our servers name at the cafe she was great, Diane or Bonnie maybe. My only complaint is for 300 a night for a bacillus room two beds, I expected it to be cleaner, fridge was dirty and remote a few other things. Bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. Food in cafe was super hot and fresh but cheap product for price. Again for cost just expect a bit better quality. Strange enough I would stay again wasn’t a deal breaker lol"

"While the elevator was down a few times throughout our stay, it was still a positive experience overall. The staff was very accommodating and kind. We stayed for a 2 day basketball tournament weekend with friends/teammates, so we utilized the dining area to eat takeout pizza for dinner and played card games together late into the night/early morning, while trying to be mindful of our volume. They also didn’t rush us out of the pool and hot tub area at 10pm, allowing us more time, which we greatly appreciated, since we had gotten there later than anticipated after the basketball games that night. The continental breakfast in the morning was well stocked, clean, and inviting! Very positive experience! We would definitely stay here again."

"We were not aware that the bar and restaurant are closed and that there is no continental breakfast. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the staff were wonderful!"

"The staff were really friendly. The breakfast overseer Courtney was outstanding. We did not use the AC. Heating system was ok but quite noisey. Clean room was ok."

Only stayed for the ONE night and we were better off sleeping on the side of the road than burn $150 for room that had beds less comfortable than concrete; Stained bedding so untrustworthy, we slept in sleeping bags; hot water just did not exist for us and the water in general was very suspect, just like the slimy bathroom knob. Wifi was so spotty that it was not even worth using, if all of that wasn’t enough, we didn’t feel safe either! Deadbolt didn’t function and a chain was so flimsy, a child could break it, and having another guest(?) stare at us anytime we were out oft the room didn’t fill us confidence either. For your own sake, Save the money and find something else"
