“The host was attentive, but the place was under renovation, and he didn’t tell us ahead of time. There were holes in the walls, the shelves were dirty and the whole air was dingy. We had to ask for a kettle and pots and pans. There was no sponge or fairy liquid or sponge to clean the plates. The cooker didn’t work; we had to wait until the night (11 pm) for it to work. It was not as advertised.”

“Very comfortable and spacious room and nice to see the addition of a coffee table, but difficult to find a socket for the kettle which was under the TV on a low shelf. (a really daft place to boil a kettle). It needs a little golden tea trolley to get to a socket on the other side of the room. The internet TV kept freezing, looks like a poor wifi signal.
We didn't expect too much from the food, which was bland and forgettable and the buffet breakfast was not much better.”
