“This hotel is wonderful, with a great location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and very clean rooms. The only downside was the cold jacuzzi—it should definitely be warm. Also, Cartagena is a lively city, so if you’re looking for quiet nights, keep in mind that there are parties and music in the streets until late. I chose not to stay in the Historic Center, but it was still difficult to fall asleep early because of the noise. Other than that, everything was great. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

At nighttime we would be greeted by the desk clerk as well.

“There were cockroaches in the room. No running water throughout my stay. Had issues with getting double charged they were disorganized. The doors in the supposed suite I had were broken so you hear things outside which is a very busy area. My biggest issue is nobody taking accountability for the actions and when I tried talking to someone they either ignore or turn the blind eye. This boutique hotel is not gonna make it operating like that. There are much better ran hotels dont stay here and……
