“I booked with Brix, somehow the date stated a day before my stay( a mistake that wasn’t made by me) when I got there I only realized the error. The guy at the front desk went for the manager. A woman of African descent came over. She came with attitude and was very rude, telling me the date was for the day before and I cannot stay which means also I can’t get a refund. She said she can check if there was any rooms available and I would have to pay again. I declined and took my money where it was……

“The room was always cleaned promptly and on schedule, and the staff were consistently pleasant, friendly, and helpful. However, the amenities could be better maintained. Additionally, the room blinds were too see-through and did not adequately block out light at night, which affected the overall comfort and privacy of the room. There were plenty of food options and attractions nearby, many of which were within walking distance. This made it convenient to explore the area, enjoy different dining……
