“Hi, I'm satisfied my stay and all your attitude. I can feel the staff very welcome us. I appreciate and highly recommended to stay. A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership. And the female staff asked me again when I check out. And she also asked me how to improve. Although the room is not perfect, and somethings need to improve. She really mark it down on the……

“Everything was great, had fun with the kids by the pool, breakfast was fantastic!! Noting better than make your own waffles in the morning!!!”

“When we walked into our room we noticed muddy footprints on the floor leading from the patio door that opened to the parking lot. We also had ants in our bathroom and in the entrance way. Both issues we taken to the front desk attendant who replied with “that’s not very common, I’ll talk to my manager to see what can be done”. Nothing was done during our stay. We didn’t spend much time in our room because we took the GO transit into Toronto but it still would have been nice to have the floor……

“Il y a eu un problème avec ma réservation... Ils l'ont donné a un gars qui est venu check in deux heures avant moi.. un gars que je ne n'ai aucune idée qui c'est. C'était quand même compliqué de ne pas être chargé deux fois pour la chambre et de pouvoir en prendre un autre et comme de fait il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible avec mes critères donc il m'ont donné Hilton honors.. tsé ça vaut pas tant mais ils m'ont fait la nouvelle chambre à 4$ de moins que l'autre grâce à ça so.. mais c'était……

“The hotel service staff are very welcoming and make people feel comfortable. But the facilities are too old, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very loud, which is unbearable! The breakfast was very basic, the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had.”

“Our stay at Our Valley View B&B was way more than we had hoped for, both for the comfort of our room to the hospitality of the hosts. The sweet couple running the place were incredibly kind and provided amazing insight on local places to visit and how to best go about exploring the nearby cities. They saved us from the nightmare that would have been navigating Toronto by car after hearing we were going to the aquarium. As for the food, there was nothing to complain about. It was fresh,……
