“The parking is enormous and very well secured by camera. The room was cozy and comfortable, also real clean. We went to eat at the restaurant of the casino and wait line was endless, it could be good if clients of the hotel could have priority to the dinning room.”

“The property was clean and there was no additional parking fees. Our room was in good condition. However, we interacted with five staff members and only one was cheerful. We picked this property because our kids love a hotel with a pool and the pool is rented out for swim lessons each evening so it limits your ability to swim without interfering. Another huge challenge we had was the shower. The door opens the same side as the shower head and it’s directly behind the door to the bathroom. It was……

“The young woman behind the desk when I checked in was, unfortunately, very unpleasant. Not only that, but there were a number of people waiting and she was not at all efficient in handling the crowd. I chose to come to this hotel and stay here. So when your staff is unpleasant, I will choose to go to any of the other hotels that are so close to yours along that stretch of the 401. I am a regular guest at your hotel, so this is very unfortunate. Thanks for your time. ”

“Hi, I'm satisfied my stay and all your attitude. I can feel the staff very welcome us. I appreciate and highly recommended to stay. A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership. And the female staff asked me again when I check out. And she also asked me how to improve. Although the room is not perfect, and somethings need to improve. She really mark it down on the……
