“great stay”

“This hotel is used as a halfway house. I am empathetic to people’s individual situations but putting kids into a high risky situation without making families aware is unacceptable. The cleanliness is absolutely not up to standards. The property had visible damage in most rooms, room doors that were kicked in, smoking was allowed and and furniture and cleanliness of linens were questionable at best. ”

“Hotel was easy to access, plenty of parking. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast times were excellent and breakfast too was excellent - a variety of healthy foods to choose from. The whole building - rooms, lobby, elevator, stairwells were meticulously clean. ”

“Staff is always so professional, polite and friendly. Area has great access to highway and local restaurants, malls and transit. Rooms are big and clean with many good amenities. It is an older building but in great shape. Stayed many times and it's a clean and reliable Home away from home”

“15 min walk to train station. good breakfast.”

“Not at all the hotel issue, but there was a huge group of young athletes with their parents who basically took over the entire hotel. My stay was very unpleasant because of the volume and activity from 7am to 1am. I wish the parents were a little more considerate of other guests :(”

“Breakfast was good . Unfortunately we went through our first full day without hot water . This was really unacceptable. When staff contacted, we were told it is because of the amount of occupancy. I am sorrry but I have never stayed in any hotel or motel that did not have efficient amount of hot water for its possible max occupancy. And this was not a full occupancy timeframe. Room did not feel clean . Carpet does not look like it was cleaned in a long time . The bed : another issue. One side……

A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership. And the female staff asked me again when I check out. And she also asked me how to improve. Although the room is not perfect, and somethings need to improve. She really mark it down on the……
