The property was amazing , location perfect ,service perfect the only really down issue for us was the quality of the mattresses , the travelling movement from partner to partner made it Impossible to sleep and our first night was not relaxing AT ALL . My wife had to try to get comfortable in the hide a bed and ended sleeping on the sofa bed cushions and I ended with a sore back and neck, what is a result of sleeping in a bad, broken or low quality mattresses . Fortunately you guys were amazing in accommodating us into a beautiful room and for that we are grateful . Please don’t take it for us, test those mattresses with two people and feel that I mean. If I have to rate our stay based on everything , we would definitely come back and recommend but based on the mattresses that would definitely think it twice . Overall we have a great stay and will treasure our memories from that little trip and staying with you guys. Thank you

The good: Nice pool (hot tub jets don’t work tho) Rooms themselves were clean Some staff are nice Pet friendly (with a extra cost) The bad: Rats and drugs (a lot of rats in bushes around property - not in hotel - wife almost had a rat run into her) Unfortunately the hotel is located in a hot spot for homeless, needles seen at side of property, random homeless wandering around property and going in and out of lobby at times. I stayed over a week and this was a normal day to day not just a bad weekend or night. The hotel has security at night however it should be 24/7 and the hotel should be fenced in at the very least. Coffee was awful (colour was yellow to almost clear) No continental breakfast however there is a Denny’s next door that serves Denny’s quality food. Also surrounded by homeless. Hotel rooms are priced ok but still way more than it should for the area. 2 KM walk downtown (20 minutes maybe) but walking through bad parts of town. Do not recommend children leave the hotel. Did not feel safe.
