"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and we had a lovely view of the water as well as towards James Bay. We had breakfast every day at Fanthom which was delicious and at a reasonable price. A very enjoyable visit and I will stay there on my next trip to Victoria."

On arrival as a gold member I would had preferred more signs indicating where we need to check in as I waited inline for 15mins to check in only to be told to go to another floor. Also the elevators were not clearly visible so we did get frustrated at getting list all the time. ..."
