“Property was good, clean and good air conditioning which was critical and comfortable for two adults and two teenagers in one room (stayed in Babuino). However, contrary to other reviews we found the area a bit dodgy with drugs being dealt outside etc. Definitely use Via S. Nazaro to walk to the old town not Via Venti Settembre. With a bit of effort the garden could be a really nice asset.”

“It is a very nice property and fantastic location.
The parking can be a bit anxiety inducing for Americans, squeezing through the narrow, enclosed alleyway, but it is still doable.
Note: there is no privacy door for the shower, and only a glass shower door. The shower stall is arround the corner so no one can see you take a shower unless they walk up to the entry, but it is still a bit odd for people who like their privacy.
The biggest issue we had was the climate control not working, which……

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”
