Lodges in Portavogie

An exceptional location with a comfortable room, good amenities, a delicious breakfest, and kind, warm staff. An absolute diamond of a place.

The staff was over the top

This was a FABULOUS stop during our around the country tour of Ireland! I HIGHLY recommend using the deep tub and reading a book! I also recommend downloading and using What's App so you can contact the host. We were nervous at first when we couldn't find our previous e-mail on our phones but Phillip sent a second e-mail and then we were gran! The biggest problem was not being able to phone because of the UK's restriction on long distance numbers. (Again, What's App is a great suggestion!) We...

Very welcoming staff. Great views right on the water front! Good food.

The room was very small and dated. But what the room lacked was made up by the staff. The staff went above and beyond to help us more than once. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!

Julie was amazing! The stay was great and the shower was hot and had great pressure

Beautiful place, nice accommodations, helpful staff, and nice restaurant with really good food. Short drive from Belfast, nice to be in the country!

Great location. An easy walk to the train station and all points in Belfast. The restaurant is excellent and the view if the harbor is outstanding. Beats driving into Belfast and finding parking.

Jessica was so helpful. Told us about the ukulele class we could watch! Good beer, lovely breakfast. Slainte!

Fabulous place to stay for lovely spa treatments, delicious food and beautiful rooms. Staff was super friendly. Highly recommend.

I have stayed at hotels all over the World and this one ranks as one of the best. The hotel was spacious, clean and in a lovely country setting. The staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast had lots of options and everything was cooked well. The restaurants provided excellent service and food. All around it was a very pleasant stay.

The staff were so amazing and helpful and had a huge sense of care in what they are doing. The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and also the gentleman who was at the restaurant and then the bar once that closed. Both of these guys really turned a frustrating situation around for me. They got us into dining last minute and I couldn’t ask for more! Thank you all so very much! I’d love to go back one day!

Cute, clean property in unique little town. Family of 7 slept comfortably
