"The location was fantastic! And, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the grocery store and restaurants within 5-10 min. of the cottage. While it was quiet and comfortable for 2, if we had had our family, there was not really a place for people to sit inside and play board games or chat (although the island did have a pull-out). Communication with the owner was great; but, unless I missed something, we were required to either put down a very steep deposit or purchase insurance, neither of which were good options for us. Overall, while simple, it met all our needs!"
