This house near downtown Milwaukie is ideal for a long stay and offers the perfect combination of beauty and convenience. with a secluded, peaceful, and lovely neighborhood :), it has the amenities needed for your stay. very large fully equipped kitchen, toaster, crook pots, baking dishes, separate refrigerator, and pantry area.
Two full bathrooms, a lovely backyard for relaxing, we have a gardener that comes every week.
This is a well-established neighborhood, safe and quiet. 3 miles away from Downtown Milwaukie where you can visit restaurants and stores, and also enjoy the Willamette river view.

Greate quiet place to stay with a small group.
My family enjoyed the stay, the owner was very prompt in adding a travel crib for me. He went out of his way to bring it over extremely quickly after i inquired about it. The rental is setup as a duplex, and the two units do bring some unknowns. My family enjoyed the natural light from the windows and the large kitchen area. We did find the single couch too small for our family of four and we missed not having a kitchen table to eat at.

The photos were as shown and descriptions accurate. Clean and updated inside and backyard was great for the kids to hang out. Kitchen well stocked and we would definitely stay again!

Great Property in Portland
Highly recommend this place. It is new, clean, and in a quiet location. The owner responded to all of my requests in a very timely manner and we were well taken care of. If you need a 2 bed 2 bath place near Portland I highly recommend this one.

Super Clean Duplex Unit
The property is great - everything is clean and brand new looking, and the property is quiet and well set back from the road. Nitpicks: the listing isn't transparent about the fact this is one unit of a duplex. The neighbors were fairly quiet, but you do share a wall and the yard. Also, the thermostat control is ony via communication with the owner. Otherwise, wonderful!

Comfortable and clean home!
Our family enjoyed staying at Dann’s property over the weekend. The house had all the typical supplies an hotel would have and more. The house is super clean and very nice. Temperature was also perfect. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Overall nice place, but inaccurate listing and ghosted by property owner
When booking our trip we categorized our search for "whole home," as we did not want to have any share walls or properties. We were traveling with friends and an infant, so we wanted privacy and quiet for ourselves, as well as not wanting to disturb any potential neighbors or shared tenants. Once the place was booked, we were notified that there were unit numbers associated with the rental. I asked the property owner about this, and was assured that this was a whole home. However, when we arrived we quickly realized that it was a shared home, split by a, albeit closed, wall. Fortunately, no one was staying in the other unit so we still enjoyed privacy. However, someone did show up, unannounced, to blow leaves off the roof. Which felt like a violation of privacy in our eyes. Initially, the owner was efficient and informative with his communication. However, at night the temperature in the house became quite cold. We had our infant sleeping in our room and the room got to 65 degrees, far too cold. We contacted the owner about whether there was a thermostat in the unit -- No response. We contacted the owner again (after reading a review stating the thermostat was controlled by the owner's phone), asking if it was possible to up the temperature a couple of degrees for our child. Reiterating that we were not wanting to blast the heat by any means, but it was winter and quite cold - Again, completed ghosted for the remainder of our stay. Enjoyed the house itself, and area.

Great family stay
We stayed for a week and this home was perfect for us. Super clean & well stocked kitchen supplies (instapot!!). There was a huge yard that the kids could run in and burn off their excitement. House is set back from the road & was super quiet. We all slept great. Looking forward to coming again!

Clean, but not advertised correctly
We appreciated the clean house and early check-in. The problem was the house was not advertised correctly. There was no place for our adult son to sleep. The listing was corrected the day we checked out. There is no thermostat control in the house. It was too hot when we were sleeping and cold during the day. Portland was experiencing colder than normal temps. We called the host to locate the thermostat and that’s when he told us that he controlled it. I feel this is a big inconvenience and should have been noted in the listing.
