We requested a down-free room, and were reminded at check-in that we were given a down-free room. After the first night when my wife woke up congested, etc., we discovered our pillows were not down-free. We requested new bedding, which was promptly done, but they replaced our pillows with more down pillows. There was apparently a lack of communication and an unwillingness to read the tags on the part of housekeeping. After we finally got it sorted, the front desk provided coin and detergent to wash our down-covered clothes, and comped us for breakfast, which wasn't so much a comp as a discount.
