It is on the water and has a very nice and large patio area on the ocean side. I would definitely stay again. It is right on the beach. There is not a coffeepot in every room or a hairdryer, but they have cable TV. We brought our own coffeepot and hairdryer and we were fine,There is also a kitchen available if you just bring your own coffee, and pots and pans for cooking in the motel section as well. If you are looking for a quiet place, with a clean room, hot shower, and right on a quiet beach, this is it. Very close to major attractions and good food. It has a private entry to the beach so you don't need to walk a long distance to go to the beach. In addition, you won't find any hotel with breakfast in that area and this hotel has a great option which is a shared kitchen where you can prepare a light breakfast. This is an awesome option. The staff was kind and friendly. I felt like a family. There were two thing I didn't like. There was no recycle bin. On the other hand, rooms had carpet instead of wood floors and those carpets smells a bit. The location close to the beach might cause that smell. I will suggest to change those carpets.
