Older hotel but room was very clean with great view of the ocean! We arrived in late September and most of the businesses and restaurants near the hotel had closed for the season.

This was what I expected after reading reviews before I booked. It's nothing fancy, but it's a good priced hotel on the beach (right on the beach!), but the furniture/bathroom fixtures/flooring were all dated...acceptable but nothing fancy. Only real complaint is that the floor in the room was sandy when we first walked in...after being there a day, I see how sand is easily tracked in the room, but housekeeping must not have vacuumed well. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a small walk to the boardwalk area.
