The staff wasn't very friendly to me as an Asian guest, but the facilities were extremely clean and the price was good. It would have been even better if there were a microwave or a simple kitchenette available.

This hotel is by far one of the cleanest and friendliest hotels I've stayed at. The staff truly goes above and beyond and is genuinely happy to help you. The location is ideal for anything that you would like to do in downtown Portland or if you're just on an quick overnight stay. Tim at the front desk truly went above and beyond for me and helped me out with the questions I had. The staff at the bar were incredibly friendly and made quite an amazing Old Fashioned. I feel like this hotel puts a lot of care into the attention to detail to ensure that every guest has a restful night and memorable experience.

This is a nice place. I had a room with the bathroom and shower. I had to ask for maid service after 2 full days of staying. Elevator broke while I was there. I had to take all my luggage back down 2 flights of stairs. The neighborhoid is a little sketchy. Portland has changed just like Seattle. Tons of homeless everywhere.
