“I never stayed in my room because the hotel baited and switched the room. I booked and prepaid the room on Expedia and when I arrived I was given a key a for a room at a one-story, unbranded drive-up-to-the-door motel down the street. The person at the desk refused to honour my reservation, saying the rate that I got was 'too low' to stay at the main property and that any change in the room or price was 'non-negotiable'.
