“Die Wohnung war gebucht und bezahlt. Es wurde aber nie Check-In Information geliefert. Nach unseren verzweifelten Anrufen bei FeWo-Direkt haben diese immer wieder versucht, den Vermieter zu kontaktieren. Alles wurde ignoriert. Am Abend des Anreisetages mussten wir dann ganz schnell Ersatz finden. Dieser Stress hat den Urlaub ziemlich verdorben. Es handelt sich nicht um ein Versehen oder so... in der Wohnung wohnte jemand anders. Also Betrug. Nicht darauf herein fallen! ”

“No puedo opinar sobre este apartamento porque nos ubicaron en otro diferente por problemas de agua en el apartamento. El nuevo destino, en la rua da Alfândega, está situado en pleno casco antiguo, paralelo a la avenida Do Mar, a 50 metros del palacio de São Lourenço. El apartamento está muy bien, con un pequeño saloncito y cocina, todo muy bien decorado, moderno y funcional. El inconveniente es que da a la calle y tiene un par de bares que cierran a las dos y el jaleo se escucha mucho en el……

“Lägenheten är bra. Mycket tyst och ganska bra utrustad. Sängen liten men ganska bekväm. Läget är bra men en ganska jobbig backe upp från stan. Mycket bra med parkering om man hyr bil. Väldigt fin pool men solstolarna är inte de bästa. Några detaljer: Vissa saker anges i beskrivning men finns inte, strandhanddukar, toapapper, kryddor. En del lampor trasiga och byttes inte trots påtalande. Saker som borde finnas i vår mening är brödrost, soffbord och en fläkt (lägenheten var outhärdligt varm, dag……

“I would have given this property 10 + for location and cleanliness. It has an amazing pool, right next to a shopping center, buses to Funchal center and a levada. Alexandro is a guy that manages the apartment and he is super nice and helpful. The only drawback is the noise from the nearby construction site that happens between 9 and 5 pm. It didn’t bother us too much as we were not in the apartment too often during those hours, but if could be an issue for someone else. We would still highly……
