“The hotel is located in a very old building, and unfortunately the rooms feel quite humid. The breakfast is very basic with limited options. Another downside is the poor soundproofing — you can hear everything happening in the hallways and nearby rooms. ”

“Beautiful hotel and grounds! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food! A wonderful all inclusive experience. We had a beautiful room with an extra large balcony with partial view. Room was always cleaned daily and towels changed. We enjoyed the location, the ample parking and the grounds. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the buffet, kulinarium restaurant and the evening shows. We are already planning our next trip there! “Das Rauchen auf den eigenem Zimmerbalkonen war nicht erlaubt ohne, dass dies zuvor bekannt war. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen nicht hilfsbereit und man fühlte sich bei Anliegen als Belastung. Die Zimmer sind gut, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Balkontür schleift (übrigens bei allen Zimmern). Der Kleiderschrank ist eine Zumutung, wenn man mehr als eine Person ist (Schiebetürendilemma). Die Türen schlagen und hört man über den ganzen Flur. Die Stimmung und Atmosphäre gleicht einem Hauptbahnhof……

“The staff (housekeeping, reception, hospitality, even maintenance) were top notch; people who appear to have found their niche in providing a welcoming, comfortable environment. The location and amenities were also great. Being built on the side of a cliff, the view from every room we visited was difficult to beat. The drawbacks of this hotel are (1) limited free parking (2) a location that’s a bit further from downtown amenities than some other options; requiring a car or using the convenient……
