"Truly the best property in Portree. Yes you are outside of town centre, but it is within a 10 minute walk which we easily did a few times. The hotel was incredible. My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and the pictures do not do it justice ! It is by far one of the most romantic places I’ve stayed . Of course ,the weather was amazing when we went ;but it was so cozy and charming , especially waking up to the sunrise . The room was clean and efficient, all we really needed . Very sleek without being pretentious . Now let’s move on to the hospitality. Paula was incredible . The best service at a restaurant I have received in Scotland , and up there with many fine dining establishments. We were late coming in from our tour and were worried about missing dinner , but she was so gracious and accommodating, we felt so comfortable and at home . This level of service is so rare and with both my husband and I working in restaurants, it was not only greatly appreciated, but truly made our whole experience . If you want to be pampered in the highlands and feel truly looked after, I truly recommend this property . One of the high lights of our entire trip . Thank you to all the staff !
