“Everything was great until I pulled back the covers to get in the king size bed and found it was full of sand and very small dark curly hairs. Since I didn’t want to cause a fuss at 1 am with the security guard, who was the only staff available from 7 - 7, I pulled all the bedding off and slept in one of the twin beds instead. Definitely a one and done at the Atlantic Beach Resort for me. I would ask for a refund if I thought they would issue one.”

“We had an amazing time at this unit. I stayed with my family of 4 and my sister and her kiddos. The unit is decorated very nicely and it’s in a great location - a quick walk to two pools and steps from the ocean. The entire condominium complex was amazing. It’s also very close to a mini golf/go kart place which the kids loved as well. Previous guests left a boogie board and some beach toys in the second bedroom & we added an infant life jacket in case any future guests come with a baby.The only……

“It was an okay condo. Unfortunately it was all the way in back and you couldn't see or hear the ocean. We have stayed at many different Summer Winds condos and they are all different. If you have kids then you probably would like the condo as it is near the pool. ”

“Kitchen needs to be better equipped to meet the needs of a family. There is absolutely no place to put you clothes, the closets are full of personal items (laundry baskets with lamp, art work etc) leaving no space for visitors belongings. The 2 night stands in the rooms with drawers are full of linens. Would not stay again. When we arrived the primary bedroom door was locked from the inside and we had to find a pin to unlock it.
