Joe is easy to reach and helps walk you through any issues you may be having. You need to book this place.”

“Great location and house! Check in was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Water pressure upstairs was a little low but there is a shower downstairs. Could use a towel stand in the upstairs bathroom. AC vents sound like a shower running when blowing. I found it to be great white noise. No TVs in the bedrooms if you need one to sleep. Great stay-would recommend it and stay again. ”

“I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the……

“Beautiful quaint colonial house. It was such a cool experience, but no worries it has modern amenities. The host is very nice and has great communication. The back yard was amazing and great for the kids to run around. The back patio was beautiful and we grilled hot dogs, and made smores over the firepit. This was such an amazing experience for the family. Thank you so much to the host. ”

“Very charming home away from home! We enjoyed the pool, equipped kitchen, front porch, and the convince to downtown West Chester. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the K9 cottage! The house was very homey, well-stocked, and the pups had a BLAST - the yard was perfect for them to wander without getting too far astray. The bed was outrageously comfortable. Bryan was a fabulous host and was very helpful, accommodating, and kind. Would definitely recommend! ”

“The house was neat and tidy and had the charm of an older home. The location was convenient. It was suitably furnished and supplied but only had 4 towels and 2 wash rags in the bathroom for a house that sleeps 8. It should also be noted the 2 sets of curved steps may be difficult for older people or those with mobility issues. It was also somewhat difficult to determine where to find the back door which is where the code needed to be entered. More instructions and signage would help. Entry……
