“The property is nice and the grounds are well kept. I would have appreciated a bit more padding on the dining room furniture. The cabin is actually for 2 families, one upstairs and one downstairs. The Vrbo listing did not make that clear. As it turned out, no-one else was there when we were.”

“When we arrived at the house, we unpacked and within a few minutes, we smelled something that smelled like sewer gas in the bathroom. The owners came over and accused us of pouring something down the drain to get out of paying them. We could not stay in the house it smelled so bad and they would not refund our money. VRBO took their side! This was a horrific experience. I hope they get the sewer smell figured out. I just wanted to visit my daughter and this turned into a nightmare. I understand...

“We had such a great stay with Guido. We were about 5 minutes from family, and we needed a place to stay with our golden retriever. The property was perfect and a short ride to Mohonk, Walden and Montgomery. There was a significant snow storm during our stay, and Guido quickly cleared a path out for us. “The host was very welcoming and even allowed us to add a pet at the last minute. My only complaint is that there was mold in the bathroom. I went to shower the night we got there and found mold all over the showerhead. Then when i got out of the shower, I went to brush my teeth. Given how the shower was, I decided to take the towel and wipe the faucet. The towel showed A LOT of black mold for just a faucet. You'll also be left one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and a used...
