“Expectations are key. If you expect this to be a dated lake cabin that's clean and comfortable with a great view but not perfect in every way, you'll love it. If you expect this to be a new modern lake "house" with the amenities of home, then you'll be disappointed. Any bad reviews appear to be people who wanted a modern lake house for a vintage cabin price. It has a window AC and plenty of fans. It was in the 90s and we were comfortable. “8th time coming to Anderson Lake Lodge and it never ceases to disappoint. It’s a perfect spot for a large group gathering with “up north” vibes. The lodge has tons of space to spread out and sleep comfortably, has lots of games and activities both inside and out, well stocked kitchen, strong enough wifi, and ample seating both inside and out.Only downside for us is it’s not directly on the water, but it’s a short walk to jump in or dangle your feet off the pier. “Great location for ice fishing up north. Place was awesome. ”

“The cabin is cozy and comfortable and has all you need. The neighbors are nice and friendly. But the most important in the area is a nature with a peaceful lake and multiple birds sounds. Great fishing is a plus! Weather is amazing!”
