The pros are clearly stated in many other overwhelmingly positive reviews including the ability to have our children entertain themselves in arcade room and be as loud as they want yet still be able to read peacefully on the other end of the house. Eack morning we had a hot breakfast delivered and a couple of tastefull chocolate chip cookies were on a plate for us when we came back from our daily activities.
