"Great location in the heart of the city! Beautiful rooms! Good staff! Didn’t have breakfast there. Rooms had kitchen so it was great! The location has Sauna but didn’t use it. There was ongoing construction hence the view wasn’t great. I would strongly recommend anyone visiting Poznan! "

"I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel. I chose this chain because I often stay at your property in Warsaw, where everything is always excellent. Unfortunately, the hotel in Poznan did not meet my expectations. I arrived late in the evening and expected the room to have all the basic amenities. Instead, there were no slippers, no bathrobe, and no coffee/tea facilities. I did not want to have to call and request items that should be standard in the room. When I asked for a kettle, it would have been logical to provide a cup and tea along with it, but that was also missing. The room felt like a hospital room rather than a hotel – it was a disabled-access room with nothing to make the stay comfortable. Breakfast was also disappointing – it seemed like leftovers from the day before. "
