“Fantastic place to stay in a great city. We had a two bed family apartment. Lovely size and decor and breathtaking views. Would 100% stay again. Minor criticism is a lack of cooking utensils in the kitchen, plus no oven gloves or tea towels. With having an oven and hob it could do with better equipment for cooking. Had an issue with the WiFi but someone came immediately and fixed it which was appreciated. Overall amazing place and a good price. ”

“酒店並不是在舊城區的公園裡，網頁顯示的地址只是接待處。 從接待處走路去酒店需要8分鐘左右。 酒店在二樓，沒有升降機，也沒有酒店職員幫忙搬行李。 酒店正門沒有上鎖，也沒有管理員。那條街道晚上很靜，感覺回酒店很危險。 而且酒店的樓梯是透過自動感應開關的，我住了四晚，有兩晚都感應不到我們，突然燈都全關上了。令我們在全黑環境下用鎖匙開房門，感覺危險。 房內只靠兩條鎖匙鎖門，沒有配備安全鎖 房間上睡床的樓梯很直，只有一邊有扶手，不適合小孩和老人入住。”

“Very good experience , staff very helpful and very nice .spacious room, near city Centre in old town , a bit far away from krakow glowny train station. Have microwave oven , very convenient. ”

“Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.”
