“I loved my time here. First and foremost, staff always had a smile and greeting and were ever ready to help me with any queries or bookings. “As many reviews have stated, the hotel is dated and definitely beyond its prime. “This is the BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Terceira and I’ve been visiting family there for 50+ years.
