Understaffed, had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come. Checked in and went up to room and found door open. No one there but paint and patch work being done in approx. 10 rooms that we noticed. Went back down, luckily we caught the desk clerk in elevator to get another room
After getting one our key card was not programmed correctly. Along with the strong smell of smoke and looking around we decided to leave. The place needed a big refresh.
