“This was such an adorable little hotel in a cute little town! The rooms were excellent and felt so cozy. The bathrooms were spacious and large enough to accommodate larger individuals. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. We opted to eat in the restaurant for dinner and were quite happy with the food and especially the dessert assortment, which was a tower of several desserts!! Stay here! Enjoy the small town and the people here!!”

Received a Suditrol pass, allowed free access to local trams and public transport as well as valuable information about local activities. The lobby is not grand - two chairs, a stool, some water and a dog water station. But do not be misled, as this is a five-star offering in terms of room and service. The two elevators are fast. “We stayed at the hotel in connection with the MilanoCortina 2026 Olympic Games. We have only positive feedback to give: excellent cleanliness, a very good breakfast, and a central location close to both the center of Chiusa and the train station. Marlis (the hotel owner) was incredibly kind and helpful. On a scale from 1 to 10, we would give a strong 10.”

“Das Hotel wird offiziell mit 3 Sternen ausgewiesen. Das ist definitiv viel zu wenig. Als Vielreisende können wir das sehr gut vergleichen und beurteilen. Das Hotel liegt an der Jaufen-Passstraße auf halber Höhe, mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem sauberen, einladenden sehr gutem Wohlfühl-Zustand.
