Pretty bummed about our experience at this hotel. We were really looking forward to having the extra room and full breakfast when we booked but were disappointed when we found out they dont do breakfast at the hotel and our room was lacking. The king bed was completely blown out and did not have any shape to it, you couldn't lay too close to the side or you would roll off. The other two queens were very hard but at least you would stay on the bed. I also attempted to ask for an extra toothbrush to attempt to clean the shower head that was still dirty but they didn't have any additional toiletries left to offer. For breakfast they offer a coupon to Denny's across the way, which would be fine if they provided enough coupons for all of us but they only provide 2 per booking. That means the "full breakfast included" was only for half of our family, and when attempting to express this to hotel management I was told they were not willing to offer another coupon or any other sort of resolution. I shared that I specifically booked this because of the offered breakfast, but she refused to provide any other alternative. Wish I could say the experience was better, but definitely will be avoiding this hotel and their other business moving forward. If you are planning to stay here, please plan accordingly.

This place was very nice, and we really enjoyed our time here. The rooms were very large, the beds were cozy, and it was definitely a more luxurious experience than your average hotel.

Beautiful hotel, pool, area. No microwaves available. If you have kids food court closes about 10-15 mins before closing time on advertisements. (Even though food was still available and out they would not serve my family.)
