i enjoyed the view of the water, also walking alongside the water to all the excellent restaurants made my stay very nice. the lobby where you could just read a book and have something to drink. The breakfast is excellent. staff also very friendly. shops 10 min walking or the tram just in front of the hotel.

We checked in early and were given access to the M lounge, which had light snacks, cold and warm, hot drinks, juices, alcoholic beverages. The suites were spacious and had a beautiful view of the city and Centraal station. Daily breakfast was great, we tried the M lounge breakfast the first day, but the regular breakfast at R level was actually better, in terms of variety and selection of menu plates. The staff were consistently helpful and warm. The location was super convenient in terms of bus and train, a short walk to area full of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

This would be a great 3 Star hotel! But it's meant to be 4 star and falls short! Very basic rooms, very noisy rooms, the noise of the bedroom doors closing is very loud! And the interconnecting room I was in I could hear everything from the room next door! Staff were very helpful though and the cloths steamer in the room was a nice touch! Very clean though throughout, bed very comfortable pillows not great though! The pool etc are in the hotel next door and are chargeable which was annoying and not explained in Expedia.
