House keeper never cleaned. I stayed 2 weeks due to moving here for work. I used my own sheets and towels. I got cleaner and towels from here after I asked if she would clean my room and she looked at me crazy. The hall have never been vacuumed nor swept. Not comfortable at all

Clean room, good staff, quiet,

Stay was good, Although the family was woken up at midnight when a couple guys opens the door. I always latch the door at night but they yelled into the room waking my wife and two kids. Staff said there system made a mistake however apparently they didn’t check ID cause the room was already occupied. I’ll be calling the manager!

Our first room smelled like mold and mildew and was filthy. There was a red substance on the drawers and the walls. The bedding had stains and felt damp. I never complain, but did complain to the front desk. At first , he argued with me and told me his cleaning staff had been there for fifteen years. I explained , i'm allergic to molds and smelled it immediately , and that he could come see for himself. He did and smelled it also and they switched us to the room across the hall, which was actually clean enough we could stay there. However , I did notice that the next person that came , he put in that same filthy room. Took my kids to the pool , and there was clumps of hair and debris floating around. Definitely do not recommend staying here.
