“When we arrived for our 5-night stay, personal issues only allowed for a 3-night stay. While we clearly understood the hotel's cancellation policy, hotel personnel Nicholas indicated any penalty would be waived at check-out for which we were incredibly thankful, so we proceeded to make our alternate plans. Unfortunately, the night before check-out we were advised we would need to pay for all 5 nights. We contacted Expedia who reached out to the hotel, but the penalty could not be waived as was……

“Lucia is such a caretaker, making breakfast and making sure we always had water and helping us with taxis when needed and overall just making our stay very easy and pleasant. Her palazzo is beautiful and made our stay feel very authentic.”

The room is comfortable with air-conditioning the breakfast was superb Continental style is home-made bread and cakes unlimited tea and coffee pool has a small childrens area next to a small play area.The location is just across from grottemarre beach The hotel has parking for around about eight cars with two charging points. It’s about a 30 minute walk into the……

“Stayed for one night, room was spacious and well equipped, comfortable bed and great shower. Beach restaurant was excellent food and service. All staff were friendly and efficient.”

“Trevligt bemötande vid incheckningen, man kände sej välkommen. Personalen har dålig engelska, och vi kan ingen italienska. Men det går väldigt bra ändå för dom är så glada och hjälpsamma trots språkbarriären. Och så finns det Google translator, så det gick väldigt bra ändå. Väldigt mysigt hotellområde med utsikt mot havet. Vänder man sej om, så har man utsikt mot snötäckta alper. Rena fräscha rum, det enda vi saknade var krokar som man kan hänga upp kläder på. För man vill inte ha allt……

“Sono stato davvero bene, l'albergo è un po' vecchiotto, ma non per questo è trasandato, anzi, è estremamente pulito, con un personale attento, cordiale e gentile, molto premuroso e con il sorriso. La colazione è abbastanza completa, sia dolce che salato, di buona qualità ed il buffet è curato”

“A wonderful small relais. I mostly appreciated the kindness of the staff that made the stay really memorable. The spa is small but lovely and I particularly enjoyed the massage with Cristiana - book it if you have a chance. The dinner was excellent and I loved the wine list with lots of local wines to choose from. Overall I highly recommend this relais for a relaxing stay in Marche.”
