"Decent stay. The room was decent clean, but it's an older hotel that is not upgraded much. I was looking for a low budget stay and that is what I got. Felt safe."

"My wife had outpatient surgery, the person at the desk was very helpful, had let us check in early. The room, however was right next to the elevator, so a little noisy. It was also a little cramped, but we just needed a place to rest. We did not make use of the pool/spa. I will say that the breakfast was plentiful and very good, very welcoming. This was the third time we had stayed here, would stay again."
Quality Inn & Suites New Castle

"The layout isn’t what I’m used to. There is different “wings” meaning .. the rooms are split up. You are not able to get to all the 200s upstairs as they are split between sides. I didn’t see elevator, which sucks. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than I expected. I will say it’s random daily. One day muffins, the next donuts or banana bread etc. Did have hot foods as well. The room itself was better than expected. Space is good. Fridge and microwave ! Bathroom was clean for the most part, the tub did have someone’s hairs like it was recently used. Also it had some of the red mold stuff. It hadn’t been deep scrubbed in awhile. The gym is fine, appreciated that. For the price, I would stay again. Location is kinda alone. Not to far from things if you have a car. Smaller hotel. Nothing fancy. Only stayed one night."

"Great stay. Select staff were wonderful. Amenities were great. Rooms very nice and clean. Staff was hard to reach via phone. I left my pillow behind and am located 6 hours away and tried calling the hotel multiple times after our departure and had no luck reaching them."

"Was a very clean and maintained Hotel and the Staff was exceptionally friendly (Mary). The free breakfast was great and the location of hotel was in a very nice area to accommodate with Food and Grocery also, if needed! Our whole visit (Wedding and Hotel) was completely satisfying! Would stay here again!"
