"Francesco the Villa owner made us very welcome on arrival and communication prior and during the stay was excellent. The villa itself was cool and spacious during a hot week and the air conditioning in each bedroom was fantastic and at no extra cost. Some of the villa had been refurbished and the two bathrooms with showers finished to a high standard. "Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in Nähe eines kleinen Bergdorfes mit wenigen, aber sehr netten Einwohnern. Vom Haus aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf den Gardasee. Das ruhig gelegene Haus entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Die Eigentümerin hat sehr schnell auf Nachfragen geantwortet. Man sollte den Hinweis der Eigentümerin auf den steilen Weg zum Haus beachten. Insgesamt 5 Sterne von 5."

"What a wonderful stay. The house was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable and spacious, too. The pool was delightful. The rental agents, Samanta and Sara, were very prompt in answering questions, and taking care of a couple of tiny details. The view is spectacular."

"Poor!!! Kitchen the sink is leaking and the units are water damaged. Downstairs bedroom looks and feels like a storage room converted. Main bedroom shower does not have a wall fixing so couldn't be used. The quality of bedding throughout was poor lack of pillows. The main feature of property the top floor is not airconditioned and therefore locked off. Overall our impression was of a villa in decline. We paid a reasonable price for a poor quality villa so therefore considered it overpriced."

"Wow! What a wonderful villa, with an amazing, huge garden. The pool is huge, the rooms big and comfy (great, comfortable beds!). Clean, modern bathrooms, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and glasses...what more can I say! We didn't use any of the luxury services we could have ordered on top, but the communication with Novella was great. We would book again in a heatbeat!"

"The house and location were beyond expectations! Jo was so helpful and gave recommendations for local restaurants and activities in the region. The bread and pastries were such a lovely start to each day. Lake iseo was beautiful and we swam in the lake each day. Jo also recommended routes to drive or avoid, which was so helpful as we were not familiar with mountain road driving. Thank you for an amazing week."

"A stunning villa in a wonderful location above the village of Gargnano. The interior layout works very well for a family or group of friends ( we were a family of eight). Only slight drawback is that two of the bedrooms don't have AC so can get hot.The exterior terraces and pool are really great with superb lake views. A short 5/10 minute walk takes you down to the village with easy access for swimming in the lake and a variety of excellent bars and restaurants. So overall a great place to stay."

"Visited with family of 9. Plenty of room, nicely furnished and appointedproperty. Great view with nice outdoor space. Andrea, property manager was terrific, very helpful and responsive. Everything from cribs and highchairs for kids to restaurant reservations to fixing a highway toll problem, Andrea was on it! Highly recommended!"

"Property has stunning views and many positives. However, the description isn’t accurate. Ten people can’t comfortably sleep here. One bedroom is an attic room, in which you can’t fully stand up and is stifling in the heat. The windows in this room are at floor height, really small and have no blinds/curtains. Everything was clean and the hosts offered to refresh towels and linens halfway through our stay (even though there are a washer and dryer available to us at the house).
