Property was very clean and comfortable!! A little bit of a challenge communicating about access but it all worked out. Only one normal sized fridge for multiple rooms worked out for this visit but could be an issue depending on the number of guests. Our upstairs bedroom was just cool enough but I would have preferred a little cooler. We didn’t realize that that bathroom was shared with other guests but that was our error for not looking closer at the listing. Overall a very good stay, comfortable, clean and quiet. May stay again in one of the rooms with a private bathroom.

I have now stayed at this property twice and have booked again for a third time. It’s quiet, in a convenient location, and gives us everything we need for a comfortable stay when we visit Provo.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was cozy and quiet, the bathroom clean, and my room had everything that I needed. The only down for me is the “no shoes on the carpet” rule which I found to be a bit of a pain. I will definitely use this place again!

The room in the house was very clean. You are just getting a bedroom in a shared house but for that price it was a good value. Everyone was very friendly

My room was perfect. Comfortable beds, clean linens, large bathroom and closet, thirsty towels, adequate body wash and shampoo. There are some drawbacks that didn't bother me: No staff, no housekeeping, no ironing board. The "free breakfast" is cereal and drinks.

Room was clean and super comfortable. I was pretty unsure at first when I booked, but it was super convenient and it was like having your own private house because you never even see anybody else there. I stayed for multiple nights and I have zero complaints. Very professionally done and well kept. 10 out of 10 recommend

The place was clean - confusing as we expected a townhouse to ourselves but it is a converted duplex with at least 5 rentals in it.
