"Very convenient to seeing Bristol as right in centre of town with nice view over the harbor. Studio was very clean and well kept up, with good space and a sizable kitchen/eating area. Perfect for two, but we had our son on the sofa bed which also worked well. Nice little veggie garden surrounding entrance."

"Prudence island is a one of a kind place. The dock and mooring are perfect for our boat. We spent our days riding bikes, boating to Bristol, going to the lighthouse beach, and picking blueberries on the farm. The cottage is always a perfect home base during our stay!"

"We stayed at Coastal Cottage in Portsmouth, Rhode Island for a week with my wife, son, daughter-in-law, and grandson, and it was absolutely wonderful. The waterfront view was stunning, and the house had all the amenities we needed, plus a great deck for enjoying sunsets. We even made use of the canoes! Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we created some really great family memories. I’d highly recommend it. Owner is a good host and maintained open communication throughout."

"There were 5 of us girls that have been friends since grade school. We all turned 60 this year and celebrated with a trip to RI for 4 days. The Morgan House was perfect for our trip. Very clean. Just as described in listing. Stacy, the owner, has thought of everything and beyond. The snacks on the counter, the coffee available, the water bottles and all the other little extra's. Having 3 bathrooms for 5 women was a ! Very convenient walk to Flo's for a lobster roll and Shultzy's for ice cream. We were only at the house in the early morn and back after dinner. Easy drive to Newport. If you're thinking of renting there, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed."

"Great place for me and my husband. Pictures were extremely accurate. Beautiful view from the Deck and very peaceful and quiet. Well stocked and very clean. Just one thing...the remote for the living room TV needed to be charged. No batteries...its solar and there is a charger in the living room for the TV. This should be added to the book, as I had never seen anything like this before and couldn't figure out how to work it. Attempted to email the property manager and they had no idea about the remote. Suggesting that this be added to the instruction booklet with all of the directions, recommendations, etc. Overall really nice experience that I would definitely recommend and will definitely return."

"Such a cute B&B. We were welcomed with delicious cookies. We stayed in the Harbor Room. Bed was comfortable. We met the owners Elizabeth & Doug at breakfast which was delicious. They were very welcoming. I loved the Apple with everything bread, wish I could get the recipe (lol). Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, shops, & the water. Will definitely stay there again when we visit the area again."

"Everyone in our group (me, my sister, my husband, and my dog) thought this cottage was perfect. The kitchen was well-stocked, the living room was comfortable, the deck was lovely, and the view was gorgeous. Nearby Colt park was awesome; we went there several times and enjoyed the walks and the view. We ate at Flo's and Salsa Burrito, as well as Provencal bakery, and all were great. Overall, just a wonderful vacation."

"Our own entrance led us upstairs to a wonderful, spacious, clean 2 bedroom apartment! Beds were very comfortable, bathroom even had new toothbrushes/toothpaste/mouthwash if you needed it ( not all the vrbos I go to have that!) and super walkable to downtown- location is the best part of it!"

"we had such a wonderful stay at karen's! the interior pictures are spot on and her home has a lovely little backyard and is walking distance from several cute breakfast spots--you'll get the best of bristol from her place. nearby towns are also easy to get to via car or bus. if you want to stay in and cook, her kitchen is also fully stocked with utensils, pans, and cutting boards.the only note I have for the apartment is that the king sized bedroom gets great light and the windows don't have blackout shades, so if you're sensitive to light you will need an eye mask! however, it is so charming and wonderful otherwise--I would most certainly stay there again."
