“We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The property was spotless, and the hosts were so kind and thoughtful. They kept us informed throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. Thanks for the bottled water, cookies and crackers! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and it’s an easy, pleasant walk to Bristol’s charming historic downtown. The only suggestion I would make is to have the parking area on Bay Street a little better marked with a small sign. It……

“This house was the perfect choice for me and my family. We were attending a wedding at Mount Hope Farm and it was quite literally a minute down the road. The house was warm and inviting and VERY CLEAN. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. Also, the bed I stayed in was possibly THE MOST COMFORTABLE I’ve ever slept in. “Quite literally the best kept secret on adquidneck island. As I’m writing this review I can tell I won’t get to stay here again. The world is going to find out about this and either the prices are going to go up or they will always be booked. These mini homes are air cooled, with an option for heat, there’s a private bedroom, a sitting area with a pill out couch.. a microwave and mini fridge. “The hotel is clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious. Free parking and very affordable prices. It's just that the room is a bit too simple and there are no windows for ventilation. The room is a bit decorated.”

“Beautiful upstairs, seperated, private room with a balcony and plenty of privacy. Right next to the beach, many RI staple Resturants such as Flo’s, and a quick bike ride or drive to Bristol and Newport. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here the next time I’m in town”
