“Nicely updated rooms in an older motor coach motel, which is not a bad thing. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and care into making each small room work well for guests. No real amenities or free breakfast, but if you're like me, you choose this property as a less expensive option with reasonable proximity to Newport. Highly recommend it for what it is, good job owners!”

“Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast was without any complaints. Bacon, eggs, pancakes, juices, pastries were all excellent and plentiful. My only complaint was the selection of tv channels. There was no espn channels with live sports. Many men enjoy espn often, if not every day. Big disappointment for me”
