“Worst hotel experience ever. I would give the hotel 1-2 stars, not 4. The rooms are not soundproofed. You have to pay a cash deposit for the minibar immediately upon arrival. Why? The beds are very uncomfortable and hard. It’s extremely noisy—you can hear everything from the reception, the cleaning staff banging their bucket at 7 AM, and the heavily trafficked road outside. There’s a thin door between your room and the neighbor’s—you might as well be sharing a room, because you can hear……

“Notre chambre donnait sur la mer mais la route au dessous est bruyante avec les voitures qui passent meme la nuit. Le parking est loin dans la rue. Il n'y a plus de piscine sur le toit. L'hotel a 10 ans mais il est pas bien entretenu. La chambre est grande propre mais la moquette au sol est très sale et la tapisserie au mur se décolle ! Le petit déjeuner est très bien assez diversifié et sous forme de buffet. Il y a une kitchenette et un réfrigérateur dans le studio.”

“The staff were kind, helpful and efficient. The apartment is a couple kms from the airport however I needed to leave extra early. They helped me get a taxi & also gave me a brief Serbian lesson for the cook. Apartment was clean & cozy with a kitchen and a loft bed. I was travelling on my own, but this would have been great for a group of a family. The apartments have a restaurant and bar on site. This was very convenient. The place was quiet and quite lovely during the day and night. I……

“We loved staying here. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. The apartment was spacious and clean. We also got upgraded to a bigger suite. If you have a car this is a good location although the drive to the location has narrow roads so be careful. If you have no car then the hotel offers transportation. The pool and lounge and beautiful. The hotel cat Noongi is so cute!!!! ”

“Lovely sprawling property with some very nice workers. Uneven staff. Poor communication. The restaurant waitstaff were very nice, and Dragan, the head bellman, was particularly observant, attentive and competent. It’s well worth staying at Conte, and we hope to return, but I’d suggest you have personalized check in and parking info and confirm your reservation 24 hours before arrival. Also “a few dozen stairs” truly could be 100+ big stone steps. ”
