"ONE OF MY WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCES AND I HAVE TRAVELLED TO OVER 40 COUNTRIES &NEVER FELT THE NEED TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW UNTIL NOW.I had a very disappointing experience at Anemomilos hotel,Ispecifically booked an paid for a room with an indoor hot tub which was A KEY REASON for my booking, especially considering the weather condition,however upon arrival , my room was given to someone else and I was given a room with outdoorhottube instead, the hotel response was to say(in a very rude way )that it was the “SAME ROOM CATEGORY’’ but this does not reflect the category of the experience.An indoor hot tube and an outdoor hot tube are not equivalent particularly in cold windy& rainy weather where the outdoor facility becomes effectively unusable,as result a major feature I paid for could not be used at all which significantly impacted my stay.when I raised the issue at reception,I did not feel supported .The response was dismissive and I did not feel treated with the level of respect and professionalism expected.I also did not feel genuinely welcomed during my interaction with staff,which added to the overall negative experience .I tried to seek assistance through Expedia(spent several hours)but was only able to access automated support which did not lead to any resolution.The repetition of these automated replies further added to the frustration.Overall, this experience was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and had a significant negative impact on what was meant to be a relaxing trip."

"I want to mention that we travel frequently, and this was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve had. The first major issue was that the property did not match the description or photos online. We raised this with the staff (Anna was our main point of contact), but the response was limited to a simple apology with no meaningful resolution. When we requested a villa change, we were told the property was fully booked despite visibly vacant units next to ours. The second and most disruptive issue was the indoor hot tub. It was not functioning properly, it remained cold, leaked continuously and made loud, persistent noises throughout the night. This appeared to be related to faulty jets or drainage. As a result, we were unable to sleep for all three nights of our stay. What was particularly frustrating is that we had been briefly warned about “occasional sounds” during check-in, but the reality was far worse. Housekeeping attempted temporary fixes in the mornings, but the problem returned every night. On the third day, no one came at all, and the issue was left unresolved. Despite our request to fix sk we could peacefully have breakfast in the room (since it was raining that day), no action was taken. Instead, we were offered a late checkout, which was intolerable. We left way earlier for our 14hrs long journey and we will never return here. I would strongly advise you to be cautious when booking, as the online description is tricky and does not match the actual property"
