“We had already stayed at the Nous Hotel in Santorini in October 2023 and were completely satisfied at the time. That is exactly why we decided to book the hotel again for 5 nights during our trip in May 2026. Unfortunately, upon arrival we quickly realized that not much was left of the hotel we had experienced in 2023. Overall, the hotel no longer feels well maintained – at least not at the level one would expect from a 5-star hotel. In many areas, it feels like costs are being cut. One example……

“All the staff are helpful, very clean, bed and pillow are comfortable. Breakfast is great. Elevator helped us a lot, not like other hotels need to climb a lot. Locates on the Fira to Oia's trail. 20 min to Fira(downhill), 3 hours to Oia. Worth to try. ”
