It’s clean and the room was very nice with a flying balcony. No hot water, they let us use a room two floors down to take a hot shower. It’s very affordable though I’d stay there again

The hotel and room were beautiful, and the view was absolutely amazing. However, the location is quite far from the city, and there aren't many stores or amenities nearby. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation after just one night due to this inconvenience. Despite not using the facilities for the remaining days, the hotel has not issued a refund. I hope they reconsider and process the refund for the unused nights.

I didn’t like how they said they have a restaurant but they only open it if you have a group of people. My mom and aunt couldn’t eat there. They should have put that or notified the customer when you’re trying to book it. I wouldn’t have booked this for the if I knew.

Las fotos se ven más bonitas de lo que está la propiedad, para llegar un poco escondido pero bien, el estacionamiento bien, pedí cobijas porque no había en la habitación y me dijeron que bajara por ellas, al destender las camas una de ellas tenía cabellos. Las camas están separadas por cortinas y el baño tambien. Las camas si estaban cómodas, al usar la regadera salía también el agua caliente en el lavabo. En general y por el precio pues estuvo bien para pasar la noche.

Fue una pesadilla pasar por la caseta , el hotel esta dentro de un condominio con las calles todo arruinadas, … el vigilante me exigió dejar la identificación oficial y como no podía dejarla (iba a hacer un trámite que la necesitaba) , luego luego me dijo que me diera la vuelta, al pedir mas explicaciones me trato como imbecil y empezó a hacer el payaso haciendo que llamaba a una grúa … el hotel lo resolvió … pero se ve que es el pan nuestro de cada día … luego otra noche al llegar de madrugada … el vigilante del hotel estaba dormido y me tuve que bajar del coche despues de 5 minutos porque no habría la puerta del estacionamiento … el hotel es muy muy viejo … es barato pero realmente solo te tiene que importar lo barato sino no merece la pena
