“I stayed at Notto for my birthday on February 13, and my experience was positive at first. The room and stay itself were good, but unfortunately everything went downhill when I checked out. I was told there would be a 4,000 peso hold on my card for incidentals. Instead of placing a hold, they actually charged my card. “This was a very nice stay and the room suite had great qualities. Unfortunately, there wasn't a way to fully close any of the doors or windows and so all of the constant noise from animals, partying, and construction around the hotel were impossible to escape even when trying to sleep. The bathroom also only had shutter windows into the suite with no other light or ventilation which meant no privacy. The hotel itself was fine but minimal with cleaning, but only a free coffee nespresso pod……

“Room was clean even if it was old dated. Bed could use upgrade at least. Mattress ok but pillows were not comfortable. Also it would be nice to have a blanket on bed not only sheets. “Excellent location and the room had everything we needed. The problem was that a construction started next door one day after we arrived for our 15 day stay. It was very noisy and dusty and the access to the room was somewhat difficult. Also they don’t clean your room unless you pay the housekeeper and you don’t get enough towels unless you ask for them. ”
