The most gorgeous and luxurious hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Every floor is fragranced, the view is unparalleled, and the staff were so helpful. We booked a 9 pm flight back to Buenos Aires, and we were able to continue to use all the amenities, including pool, spa, and restaurants, until we left. The park access was amazing. Staying in town would have been a 30-minute drive each way, and Gran Melia is right near the airport and a short walk to all the waterfall paths. We also upgraded to a waterfall view room and it was 1000% worth it. The hardest part is leaving!

Very relaxing, secluded property. Access to rooms over swaying bridges was awkward. Elevators did not work over 2 days. Reported twice with no response.

Staff is friendly and pool area is lovely. But room is depressing and food is poor.
Good place if you're coming with kids for a while. Not a great place if you're adults only stopping for one night. Inconvenient location.
